Exercise Good For What Ails You was a lecture I presented in Toronto on August 1, 2009. I plan to place the references online, links to articles from my website and blog that relate to the topics I discussed, and expect to record the bulk of the lecture and place it online with the slide text. YouTube will likely be the place it will be posted.
The lecture ranged from discussing the many things that exercise and fitness is good for to presenting the theory that exercise or sustained aerobic motion was one of the main drivers of hominid brain development and evolution of the hominid line.
